4. SMS / Text Messaging
WindowFlow users may separately choose to receive recurring transactional and operational text messages from inside their authenticated account. Messages may relate to account activity, scheduling, installation and job status, service notifications, and customer support.
SMS consent is collected through a separate, optional checkbox that is unchecked by default. Leaving the checkbox unchecked does not affect account access or the ability to purchase or use WindowFlow. Providing a phone number through our public contact form does not enroll you in the SMS program.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be sold, rented, or shared with any third parties or affiliates for their own marketing, advertising, lead generation, or promotional purposes.
We may use service providers solely to help deliver and support the messaging program. Those providers may process mobile information only as necessary to perform services for WindowFlow and may not use it for their own marketing or promotional purposes.
Message frequency will vary based on your account activity and preferences. Standard message and data rates may apply based on your mobile carrier plan.
To opt out of SMS messages at any time, reply STOP to any text message you receive from us. You will receive a final confirmation message and no further messages will be sent unless you later enroll again through your WindowFlow account.
