This document outlines the operational details of the WindowFlow Messaging program. It is designed to provide clear, accessible information for users, mobile carriers, and compliance reviewers regarding how our transactional SMS program functions.

Intended Recipients: Messages are sent exclusively to registered WindowFlow platform users (installers, dispatchers, and tradespeople) who have explicitly opted in from within their authenticated WindowFlow accounts.
Message Types: All communications are strictly transactional or operational. This includes account notifications, scheduling confirmations, appointment reminders, installation status updates, team coordination, dispatch alerts, service announcements, and responses to customer support inquiries. We do not send marketing or promotional messages.
Message Frequency: Message frequency varies and depends entirely on the user's account activity, scheduled jobs, and interactions with the WindowFlow platform.
Opt-In Process
Users can only enroll in the WindowFlow Messaging program from inside an authenticated account environment. The enrollment mechanism requires explicit, verifiable action.
Exact In-App Opt-In Steps:
- The user opens the WindowFlow platform and accesses the Messaging Settings panel.
- The user inputs or confirms their mobile phone number.
- The user reviews the full SMS program disclosure, which clearly states the program name, message types, frequency, cost, opt-out instructions, and links to relevant policies.
- The user must manually check an empty, non-preselected checkbox to provide explicit consent to receive messages.
- The user clicks "Save Preferences" to record their consent and preference status with an internal timestamp.
Consent is Optional: Consent to receive SMS messages is completely optional and is not a condition of purchase or a requirement to use the WindowFlow platform. Users who leave the checkbox unchecked retain full access to all platform features.

Below are examples of the transactional and operational messages sent by WindowFlow:
Scheduling Confirmation
WindowFlow: Your window installation is scheduled for Oct 12 between 8AM-12PM. Reply C to confirm or call 555-0199 to reschedule. Reply STOP to opt out.
Job Status Update
WindowFlow Update: The installation team is en route to your location and will arrive in approx 30 mins. Reply STOP to opt out.
Dispatcher Alert
WindowFlow Alert: Job #4928 at 123 Main St has been marked completed by the field team. Reply STOP to opt out.
Support Response
WindowFlow Support: We have received your request regarding invoice #1002. A representative will contact you shortly. Reply STOP to opt out.
Opt-Out Instructions
Users can opt out of the WindowFlow Messaging program at any time. To stop receiving messages, reply STOP to any text message received from us. Upon receiving a STOP request, we will send one final confirmation message and immediately cease all further SMS communications to that number.

For assistance with the SMS program, reply HELP to any text message received from WindowFlow.
Privacy & Data Sharing
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing, advertising, lead generation, or promotional use.
WindowFlow may utilize trusted service providers solely to deliver and support our operational messaging capabilities. These providers are bound by strict confidentiality agreements, may process mobile information strictly as needed to perform services for WindowFlow, and are prohibited from using this data for their own marketing or promotional purposes.
